The product received should be very close to what is shown in the picture, but there may be some minor differences. For example, the picture may affect the color rendering due to the shooting angle, lighting or monitor settings, or the product packaging may vary due to different production batches.
If the product does not match the description or the quality is not as expected, we recommend that you contact us for a refund, exchange or compensation.
You can view your sales receipt in the following ways:
- Log in to your account and go to the “Order History” or “Purchase Records” page, where detailed information and receipts for all orders are usually listed.
- If you placed the order via email, you should have received a confirmation email containing the receipt. Check your inbox or spam folder.
To return an order, you can follow the steps below:
Log in to your account and go to the “Orders” or “Purchase History” page to find the order you wish to return.
Click on the “Return” or “Request a Return” button and fill in the relevant return reason and information.
Pack the items according to our requirements and send them back to the return address provided.
We will provide you with a pre-paid return label or other logistical information to ensure that you follow the guidelines.
After a successful return, the refund will be returned to your payment method according to the platform’s policy, which usually takes a few days.
We strive to restock out-of-stock items as soon as possible, but restocking times may vary depending on supplier availability. If you are particularly interested in an item, we recommend using our “Back in Stock” notification feature, which will notify you once the product becomes available again. You can also check the product page periodically for the latest stock updates.
